Divide CONQuest

The user "gameaddict#0290" has suggested that the event should be divided into two separate events. One would be Summer CONQuest for the Summer and the other would be Winter CONQuest for the "Ber" Months. They've add that there should be no overlapping guests, both convention must have different guest lineups (i.e. Pokimane, Kyedae, Lily for the Summer CONQuest, then Valkyrae, Sykkuno, Leslie in the Winter CONQuest), but the booths, exhibitors, and events can be the same or with a twist.

This lets you invite the same amount of guests annually but not smushing them all into 1 event that it becomes a reflection of CONQuest 2023. This also lets you have a more diverse guest lineup, as you can invite more guests that are not available in the Summer CONQuest, and vice versa.
