Location Arrangements

This conflicts with the Quest Market Distribution recommendation.
The user "gameaddict#0290" suggests that the quest market should be moved to the first floor. As it had a lot of foot traffic last year, and then more this year. Since it's a high traffic area, it should be located in an area where it wouldn't shut down.
Also the event should move other high traffic events to MOA Arena or concert grounds (parking space turned concert area for The Script concert way back when, not the festival grounds; its on the other side of MOA though).
So essentially this is the layout:
- MOA Arena: Half for Main Stage and another half for big booths. Also some food stalls.
- SMX 1F: QuestMarket, maybe another stage for Panels with big guests
- SMX 2F: Tech and Gaming Booths, Cospitality (funny thing, cospitality was outright empty the entire convention), Rest Area
- NU MOA: Community Stage, Seminars, Alliance Games
- MOA Atrium: Panels, but probably the low-traffic ones
- Conrad Hotels: Meet and Greets (if Conrad is used for this, move the guests to a different hotel, back to Tryp Manila, or somewhere else)
- Seashell Lane: Food Stalls
- Ticket Claiming: Can still be done at Microtel and MOA Atrium, but with better crowd control
