Premium Passes

The following are the recommendations regarding the Premium Passes.

Lower Premium Pass Price​

Considering the price of the premium pass, it's understandable that some attendees would expect more from the event. However, some users argue that the price is justified, considering the other cons that come with it. Such as:

  • There isn't a visible line for Premium Pass Holders
  • Premium Rest Area was not in SMX nor is it ever mentioned in the map or announcement.
  • Not getting priority in Meet and Greets, also on other lines.
  • No announced Backdoor Access

Premium Rest Area Additions​

The Premium Rest Area should have more additions to it. Such as:

  • Free WiFi Access.
  • Free Snacks and Drinks, ones you'd expect to see in a Premium Lounge, like cakes and pastries.
  • Privacy to avoid prying eyes.
