Ticket Check System

Although, AcadArena does not acknowdledge ticket and wristband selling. We still need to have a ticket check system to prevent scalpers from selling fake tickets.

How it works​

Essentially, it would be just a site wherein you can input the ticket number or the QR code and it would tell you if it's valid or not. Then it could also have the following the information:

  • Ticket Type (Day Pass, All Day Pass, Premium Pass)
  • Partial Ticket Holder's Name (Like how GCash does it)
  • Discord Tag (If the ticket holder has a Discord account)
    • This is to certify that the ticket holder is the one who is claiming the wristband.
  • Claim Status (To verify if the ticket holder has claimed their wristband or not)

When wristbands are claimed, some ID should be needed to certify if the ticket holder is the one claiming the wristband. If it's not, then the ticket holder should be notified that someone else is claiming their wristband.

Here's what information should also be shown when the ticket is checked by the owner:

  • Date and Time of Claim
  • Picture of the ID used to claim the wristband
  • Staff Member who claimed the wristband
