Staff Communication

In the event, we've noticed that there were some issues with the consistency of the information that was being relayed by the SMX Staff and QuestCrew. Such as:

  • The staff not allowing Friday Pass Holders entry to Rave Night, which was said to be free by all.
  • (Day 2) Not being able to enter the floors despite being in SMX already. (This was after 7PM as said by "[MCL] Zaxcralis#1077")

Walkie Talkies or another form of communication should be provided to the QuestCrew in the different areas, as some information may not be relayed to the other areas due to the strength of the signal within the venues. This is to ensure that the information is consistent throughout the event.

Too add to that, there were also some communication issues and confusion between the staff and guests, as Shoto and Bao (the guests) experienced.
